Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

Kaitlyn Anne Vincie, born December 10, 1987 was an American journalist and sports broadcaster. She works as a reporter for Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates program NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie was initially interested in stock car racing after she was given a pitlane pass. She later graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter at Langley Speedway. Vincie's own NASCAR videos were posted on SceneDaily an online stock car racing website. Vincie was born on 10 December, 1987 in Harrisonburg. She was raised in Bridgewater, Virginia before her family relocated to Warrenton to start her high school. Vincie is the granddaughter and daughter of John Vincie and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's mother Eleanor N. Logan was an educator for the fifth grade when her grandfather was on faculty of Bridgewater College. Vincie was fascinated by journalism since a young age. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School, in the year 2006. Vincie competed in track and field events and served as a coach for the school’s wrestling team for four years. She was victorious in the 800m event at the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie got to know Al Pearce, who mentored her. He also gave her many details. She received a bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University in 2010. Vincie worked as an intern for the athletics department of the university. Vincie also held a similar job at the USAR Pro Cup Series, Charlotte Motor Speedway. Vincie wrote her senior thesis about auto racing gender disparity that was focussed on Danica Patrick, a woman race car driver. She began to become interested in racing after she received an access pass to pit lane for the NASCAR All-Star Race. Her inspirations are Wendy Venturini and Krista Voda.
